Clear Debt Solutions

Clear debt solutions – simple financial advice you can implement right away

Does financial advice seem like gibberish to you? Then you are not alone. With all the information available online from both well meaning people and from those with hidden agendas it’s almost impossible to know what to do if you are in debt and don’t have a natural inclination towards financial theory. But it doesn’t have to be that complicated and clear debt solutions is what I hope to provide with this article. If you break it down there is only a few simple things you need to do to get out of debt and they will work even if you don’t understand why.

Your primary goal should be to make more money than you spend each month. When people start to think about how they can get out of debt it is easy to get caught up in details and forget the big picture, but if you implement this simple advice it’s just a matter of time before you are debt free. In most cases it is enough to cut costs to reach the goal and even though it can be hard at first it’s usually easier than getting an extra job or whatever other way you can come up with to make more money.

Many find it helpful to get cut up their credit cards because paying with cash is a bigger psychological barrier and you will get an extra chance to think about big purchases when you have to go to an ATM to get cash first. Making a budget is helpful to some because it can make it much easier to see where you have spent your money in the past, where you can cut costs and where you can’t. And in many cases saving money can turn into a fun challenge if everyone in the family is in on the idea of getting out of debt. If you inform your partner about why you feel it’s necessary to save money and get out of debt they will most often understand and be willing to help out.

The best way you can spend the extra cash you have each month is by paying of more than you have to on your debt. Paying more than the minimum on credit card debt with high interest is one of the best returns of investments you will ever be able to get.  The higher the interest, the more you will save. So if you owe money more than one place start to pay off the one with the highest interest.

Getting out of debt doesn’t have to be complicated. Just make sure you make more money than you spend each month and use that extra cash to pay off your debt. That is all the bad credit debt advice you need and everything else is details.

Face the truth of your situation first

When you want to go somewhere you need a few different pieces of information. Where do you want to go? Where are you now relative to that place? And how are you going to travel? If you are reading this there is a good chance that the goal you are reaching for is to clear your debts. And with the free information available here and from other sources you should be able to make a plan for how to get there. But before you do that you need to know exactly where you stand as that will have a significant impact on the decisions you are going to make in the near future on your way out of debt. In this article I’ll tell you why it’s important to know where you stand and exactly what it is you need to know about your current situation.

If we stick with the travel metaphor it’s easy to see that you might head off in the wrong direction if you don’t know exactly where you are. Let’s say you want to go to Las Vegas and you start traveling east because you think you are in L.A. (west of Vegas), but if you in fact are in Houston (east of Vegas) you are not likely to get there soon. I know it’s a stretch, but it really makes things clear. In your case the right direction is always up, but depending on your situation there can be different ways up and some will be more effective than others.

Psychological it can be very painful to face the truth about your situation, because you might have to give up the idea that you are in control of your life if you are honest about what’s going on. But the interesting thing is that the pain comes from not wanting to admit the facts and once you actually do it, it isn’t such a big deal. In most cases it’s a relief not to carry that burden alone and have to hide it from everyone.

Get a piece of paper in front of you if you are ready and write down exactly how much you owe. Note down all the separate loans if you have more than one, the minimum payments and interest rate of each one. And then proceed to see how much you are spending each month and how much you are making. Write that down as well. Are you spending more than you are making? If the answer is yes then you have to realize you are slowly but surely headed towards bankruptcy unless you get some clear debt relief solutions. And start making the changes necessary in your life.

If you don’t just read the article, but sit down and write down exactly where you stand you will have a much better chance at making the right and necessary decision on your way out of debt. It will only take you half an hour and will most likely save you much pain and frustration in the future.

How a budget can help you out of debt

Thinking about making and living by a budget is something many people can see themselves doing. With this article I hope to show you how simple it can be and the benefits involved. I actually think it’s one of the best weapons against debt in your arsenal and an essential part of all clear debt solutions. I encourage you to give it a try for a month and see for yourself if it is worthwhile or not.

First thing you need to do is look at how much you are spending at the moment. If you are using online banking it’s easy to get an overview by printing all transactions the last year. If you don’t you can instead collect receipts each time you spend money for a month and use that to see how much money you spend. When you have the data you need to divide the monthly expenses into logical categories like living expenses (mortgage, electricity, water, heat etc.), transportation, grocery shopping, a category for all the things that doesn’t fit into any of the other etc.

By now you know how much money you are spending each month and where the money is going. Next step is to start cutting down on the stuff you can live without until you have a budget where you spend less than you make. This can be painful because it forces you to face the reality of your situation, but if you are serious about getting out of debt and determined to follow through on these clear credit debt solutions there is no way around it. In many cases all it takes is to cut down on some of the luxury that you really can’t afford. It can be excessive eating out at fancy restaurants, shopping more than you need or anything along those lines. Or it can be done by removing a cost you don’t need. If you have an expensive car with an expensive loan you could sell it, get a cheaper car and pay off a large percentage of the loan.

When you have the budget down it’s time to start to live by it and keeping track as you go along is essential if you want to make it. It will probably be a big change in the beginning, but if you stick with it for a month you are most likely already adjusted and comfortable with it and might just find that it is easy to clear debts.

I hope you are motivated to give it a try and yes it does take a few hours to get everything setup, but once you have it is not hard to follow and the certainty that you are on your way out of debt and are back in control of your life is worth much more than the luxury you have to give up to achieve it.

How to evaluate clear credit card debt solutions

There are quite a few different options out there if you are looking for clear credit card debt solutions and being able to determine how good they are is crucial if you want to get out of debt with as little trouble as possible. Yes there are people who really want to help you out of debt, but there are also people out there who just want to take advantage of your situation to make money for them. This article will put you in a better position to evaluate the offers available out there.

Price is the first thing to look at. Is what you are getting worth the price that is being asked for? Paying several hundreds of dollars for information if you are trying to get rid of credit card debt is almost never a good idea. The only reason to pay for help in my mind is if the help will save or make more money than the cost and that help isn’t available for free on sites like this. Or if the service they provide is something you are unable to do or handle yourself. If you follow this advice you will reject most offers on the spot.

Second thing to make sure is the solution is based on a sound financial strategy. When evaluating a possible solution simply ask “how will you help clear my debts?”. And if it isn’t based on the ideas available for free here chances are it’s not worth wasting your time on even if free. I’m dead serious when I say there are no other ways to success than hard work and patience based on a sound strategy. If someone promises overnight results or solutions that don’t require any work on your part you should be very suspicious and my best advice is to get the hell out of there and not waste any more time on such nonsense. The same goes for those that say they have secret information or methods. Give me a break, this isn’t rocket science. You just have to make good choices and keep doing that and everything else will work itself out.

And last but not least a system that has been proven to work and isn’t just dry theory is always preferable. Even though the theory might be spot on you will not get many practical ideas that are easy to implement. And it is the practical changes in your life that provide results at the end of the day.

With a little common sense and these simple points in mind you should now be able to evaluate if a possible solution is worth spending time and possibly money on.
